In a section of a vast multiverse, a girl named Magnolia wakes up from a dirt nap to find a mysterious robot-like figure called a Sentinel marching inside a Verse Gate to prevent a god, One Pareidolia, from destroying the White Rose Garden. From there, she teams up with Second, a drifter on a payroll, Aurora, a gunslinger, and Julliant, an extremely powerful carefree youth, among others, to push back an alien invasion from mysterious creatures called Solvents and prevent them from dissolving the multiverse entirely.
